4.Get your money back or a product replacement.
Our logistic team will verify your return and accordingly your product replacement will be shipped within three business days from the date it was received. If you choose to have a reimbursement the amount will be sent to you via wire transfer within 10 business days. RETURN METHOD IN EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (pursuant to Article 53 of the Consumer Code-Legislative Decree 206/2005) With reference to online purchases, the law grants the consumer the so-called right of withdrawal or the possibility of returning a product purchased online provided that this right is exercised within 14 days of receipt of the product itself. Within these deadlines, the reimbursement will take place in accordance with the provisions of the law (see below).
